For over 50 years, the Company has worked diligently to be a dependable supplier and its customers have come to “Rely on the Lion” for their automotive aftermarket needs. Throughout the course of the Company’s history, the Edward B. De Leo Company has expanded to include three major divisions, supplies multiple industries and operates internationally.

Today, the company remains a family business and is
still headed by its Founder and President, Edward B. De Leo.

His son, Craig E. De Leo serves as CEO, keeping the company a hands-on operation. Much of the success of the company is credited to several loyal staff members who have been with the company for years.

The Edward B. De Leo Co., Inc. has three primary facilities. The home office is located in Fairfield, New Jersey. It houses the executive offices, customer service and Edward B. De Leo’s international team. This office also handles accounting and billing. The company prides itself on offering top notch customer service, a token principle within the family owned business. De Leo Textiles’ design, merchandising, and business development teams are based in High Point, North Carolina within the Textile Tower. And the warehouse is located in South Carolina.

Their huge 125,000-square foot distribution facility is in Lyman, South Carolina. In the heart of the southeastern United States and located close to the core of the furniture industry, this facility has 12 loading docks, a 2,400-square foot sample department, state of-the art equipment and information systems. The warehouse allows for shipping throughout the United States, and also supplies manufacturers in Central and South America, Asia and other locations world-wide. The size of this facility provides an indication that the Edward B. De Leo Co., Inc. and all of its divisions are formidable suppliers to other industries as well as to the bus industry. More than two million yards of fabric flow through this facility annually and that volume is growing.
